    Every time I make meat it’s tough and I cook it for a long time. The only meat I’ve done well with is short ribs. I want something cheaper tho. Any ideas? Also can you tell me where to buy the best cuts? Please be specific with cooking instructions. THANKS!

    I’ve been seeing lately people using a sous vide to cook their meet it comes with instructions and tells you how long to keep the meet in the water what temp the water should be basing it on how rear/well done you like your meet I hear it’s very easy to use

    I find that if you are cooking a roast or brisket low and slow is the way or go it gets the meet soft and tender
