there is a Jewish museum in Camden – but it may not be so exciting.
Permanent exhibitions include History: a British Story which looks at British Jewish history since 1066. There is also The Holocaust Gallery and Judaism: A living Faith which features rare ceremonial art objects.
Founded in 1932 with the aim of preserving London’s Jewish community’s heritage and history of London’s East End, the Jewish Musuem is now housed in an early Victorian listed building in Camden Town. Explore key objects and artefacts of historical and modern Jewish life while learning about the experiences of refugees from Nazism during WWII.
Reflecting the diverse roots and social history of London’s Jewish community, the Jewish Museum features collections, interactive activities and temporary exhibitions…here is a link to their website https://jewishmuseum.org.uk/
