    So I heard a myth and I’m wondering if it’s true or if it’s an actual myth…does drinking coffee stunt growth? Is it the coffee or caffeine or is it made up?

    NO!! There is a misconception that coffee stunts growth, really it does not! But, there is caffeine which stimulates the central nervous system. A cup (or two) a day will not harm anyone.

    That’s interesting @deebee I never really looked into this topic of coffee stunting growth but if what you say is true then it’s interesting that no one tells their kids they can’t have coke (because it’ll stunt their growth..) they may say they can’t have coke cuz of the sugar…but good to know thanks
