How does shein work

I ordered like 7 tops last week and they just came..I’m keeping three.the rest were too small or I didn’t like the material so I plan on returning. Th e returns seem pretty simple like any other website. Just log into your account and click returns.they emailed me a return label..didn’t mail it back.guess keep you posted. The prices seem pretty cheap so I figured doesn’t hurt to try..

I had a great experience with them it took about a week for my things to come I had to return a bunch of things because the sizes were off (I found that most things ran very big) so I returned it by mail and I was refunded for everything in a fair amount of time definitely would re order from them

i just made a huge order kept a few things and returned the rest. got an email saying i was refunded my $300 and called mt credit card and it was charged and nothing was refunded…. and there is no normal contact info…
