I need tips on how to get back to schedule I’m on a different time zone visiting family and I can’t get used to the time any ideas on how to not be tired by the time 9 o’clock hits?

I heard that if you don’t eat on a plane than you don’t get jet lag so on the way home skip the airplane food and all the junk snacks you would bring on the plane with you and go a few hours with out eating
