Living in Monsey

Hi, not sure where to post this topic….Planning on possibly moving to Monsey because of hubby’s job…I currently live and have grown up “in town” but in a small, close knit Sephardi community. What is it like in Monsey?? Can anyone tell me about the Sephardi community? Will it be hard to get used to not having everything close by? What are the apartments and cost of living like…
