Put everything out and hen into the suitcase don’t pack into the suitcase that way you can see what your packing and go through each day in your head to see if you missed anything

make a list of everything you need to pack and then just check things off as you pack.

I have a little bag (size of a makeup bag) with things I am likely to leave at home toothpaste tooth brush lenses lens solution…this way before I close my suitcase I put in my small bag and it’s a help to me
