Shabbos salad

So, my in laws are coming! They live out of town and are here for shabbos. 🙂 Any ideas of salads to make wanna some nice one not my boring same old. 😉 All ideas are welcome

Adding chow mein crispy noodles to a plain old caesar salad gives it a really good crunch.

OR just saw a salad on Kosher.com called “Deli Roll Salad” that looka like a winner
