HI, Figured I would share this info. Before traveling make sure to purchase travel insurance to cover you in case something goes wrong on your trip- medical insurance (most medical plans don’t cover abroad), lost, delayed baggage, trip cancelation for your ticket. I used Kirkland Risk Group 718-438-7100 and had a great experience- they had answers to all my questions and I got great coverage for a good price. . Bottom like, doesn’t make a difference where you purchase it, just make sure you don’t leave with out it.

Thank you for sharing. Do you know if it covers travel in other state? Meaning I live in NY and have inusrance in NY – if i go to Vermont, i am not covered by my insurance. Does that insurance cover the USA or only abroad?
