I think lancome has a pretty good one. You could either go onto Nordstrom or Lancome or other stores that sell it. Ask them for help.

I use the smashbox primer with mac or urban decay shadows and sometimes lancome and i am pretty happy with the outcomes. It can last pretty much for 2 days. Smashbox is known for amazing primers. Urban decay is also pretty good.

I used to wear the smashbox liquid pen and i love it! However with my blue eyes i use lancomes artliner and stilas liquid pen. Mac has a really good gel also.
