Fast & Simple: Save Up to 21% off your electric bill

This is not ‘another sales pitch,’ rather a simple opportunity which enables you to save hundreds of dollars off your electric bill.

There is a government incentive that everyone is eligible for to save on their electric bill.

For most people, tapping into solar energy has meant installing panels on your roof. But what if you could get the benefits of going solar without the rooftop panels? Community solar is the solution –

Here’s how it works.

There are solar farms that produce solar electricity and sell it to the local utility. The utilities pay the solar farms in the form of credits back to the utility. The solar farm investors are looking to turn these credits into cash. The way they do that is by selling these credits to residential customers at a discount.

The discount in NJ is 21% (the highest anywhere).

New Jersey 21%
New York 5%
Delaware 10%
Virginia 10%

The way it works is, they sync your utility account with the solar farms so they could pay your utility bill with the credits. You will have a $0 balance from the utility (You still have access to your online account). Then the solar farm will bill you for 21% less.

They aren’t changing anything on the JCP&L side, not your supplier, no 3rd party etc. Everything stays the same. You will still get your electric from your utility company as always.

It’s simple taking advantage of solar credits that solar farms are looking to sell. The solar farm promises you the savings for the lifetime of the farm of 15-20 years. You are able to cancel whenever you want without a penalty.
