Wipe them gently clean with a baby wipe.  Please keep in mind they are made of genuine soft leather, with no hard soles (to aid new walkers).  The moccs hold up wonderfully on grass and inside spaces.  They tolerate gravel, pavement, and cement, but you will start to see scuffs and wear and tear.
