Making Pesach for the first time can be overwhelming and intimidating. This year, many people are making Pesach for the first time, from newly married couples to couples that have been married for 25 years…
We have 2 weeks until Pesach comes and if we get organized and start tackling it step by step, room by room and you break down the process this is really doable and approachable. Start by making a timeline. If you already started cleaning, good for you, if you are a last-minute type of person like me, start now.
Sundays and Target have a few things in common….. none are that productive … they both lead to some aimless wondering albeit joyful.
You know that place where you go to just air out and not purchase much but some cleaning supplies so you stay within budget… but After passing all that cute clothing and the brand new (“stay all year”) lipstick, target’s cleaning supplies may or may not end up in the now populated red cart …..I mean who needs cleaning supplies anyways, especially on a Sunday;)
When METZIAHS.COM contacted me about designing a Shavuos tablescape as a guest post for their blog, I was both honored & overwhelmed. So many creative ideas started forming in my brain before I even gave an answer. Then and there an idea popped into my head that got me super excited. How about Metziahs sends me some mystery boxes from the magical land of Amazon and I will design a table setting that will be both fast and easy for the readers to duplicate.
Welcome to the most inviting room in our house! The family room is for “couch potatoe-ing” and doubles as a playroom for the main floor!
The purposes of this room are completely informal and the decor definitely reflects that! We started by painting the wall and closets black and white and going with all black seating. Everything beyond that was about color. The contrast adds to the fun and drama.
