peas love and carrots oven baked chicken-
1 chicken, cut into ten (no skin)
1 &1/2 c mayo
3/4-1 c franks hot sauce (3 tbsp honey- I leave out!) 3 cups Panko bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350f and spray a baking dish. In a bowl combine mayo, franks and honey. Mix well. Dip each piece of chicken in mayo mixture and make sure to fully coat it! Then dip into bread crumbs and place right into baking dish. Repeat until all the chicken is coated. Grease a large piece of tin foil and cover dish. Bake for 1&1/2 hours, then remove foil and bake another 15-20 min until crispy!
