I do Miami and love it. Depends what type of vacation you’re looking for. Yes, you’ll bump into frum people there, but not “every two feet another neighbor or friend”. I never did LA though so cant really compare.

I love Color Me mine pottery place. It’s so relaxing, and doesn’t leave you with a headache like some other trips. There’s one in Freehold mall.

When I was a Morah one mother gave me a personalized visa gift card with a pic of the kid. It was really cute, classy, and extra spending money is always appreciated!

Adding chow mein crispy noodles to a plain old caesar salad gives it a really good crunch.

If you want something not expensive you can get hat hook for the car ($25). If you had something more expensive in mind you can give this for a not so major occasion…. Very useful for any man who wears a hat & drives a car!

I was also looking at easycanvasprints. I ended up doing it at CVS & it came out really cheap cause I did in- store pick up. plus it was on sale (its always worth it to wait for sales). It was ready that very same day. My picture was low megapixels so I knew it would come out a bit grainy (it was only pic I had of grandfather on USB so I did it anyways). The quality of the canvas itself is great. I am planning to have it framed at Hobby Lobby. I like to support Jewish business owners but it is coming out a fraction of the price than if I would have done it at a frum framing store.
