It’s a major problem! Especially when ppl are starting out- at first you can have subsidies and that can help but as soon as you don’t qualify any longer you’re in a really hard place! Not sure how things can change but the basic needs of living and the pay for the average job do not equal up.

I used to let PBS- but decided I don’t want my kids exposed to non Jewish culture and ideas- like even with pbs there are episodes about holidays etc.. I also felt that it will lead to different shows, movies etc.

I invested in Jewish movies and can not be happier! I bought the full Agent Emes series! And the Torah treasures videos- Bella Bracha/ mitzvah boulevard…….Shmuel kunda Baruch makes a Simcha DVD…. it wasn’t cheap but so worth it!!!

I’ve use Tamiflu and it really worked! I think it only works if you get on it ASAP from when u get symptoms.

I’ve invested in a CD player for my daughters room like this she can go to sleep listening to a story! It really helps!
