Here are some basic stats – before the whole conversation goes wild 🙂
    From the CDC
Close to 500,000 cases were reported annually to CDC, resulting in:
    48,000 hospitalizations
4,000 cases with encephalitis (brain swelling)
    450 to 500 deaths
    Read more here
So about 1/1000 die & 1/100 get brain swelling resulting in permanent injury.
Before the vaccinate came out , there were 6K deaths annually which is quite solid evidence that the shot helps 🙂 – read more here https://www.cdc.gov/measles/about/history.html
YWN had a letter from R’ Shternbach (head of badatz in Israel) that said 1/1000 is pikuach nefesh & had a lengthy letter to rabbi Kotler & said it is an obligation on every father to vaccinate his kid.
You can read that letter & view it in English on YWN here https://www.theyeshivaworld.com/news/general/1631188/rav-moshe-sternbuch-writes-letter-to-rav-malkiel-kotler-about-the-halachic-requirement-to-vaccinate.html
The ant vaxxers supposedly claim you can become autistic from the shots etc.
The DR who had that theory was booted & the latest , largest study ever disproves it – see that here
    https://www.autismspeaks.org/science-news/no-mmr-autism-link-large-study-vaccinated-vs-unvaccinated-kids
This link also goes through that school of thought & concludes that it is not conclusive 🙂
    https://www.historyofvaccines.org/content/articles/do-vaccines-cause-autism

So – what is the story with the anti vaxxers? What is the philosophy behind it?
Even if they claim it may harm their kid – do they disagree that measles & other diseases also harm people? If they agree, why do they think their kids should be in school? Don’t they understand that their kids – although not autistic – can harm others?
I am honestly confused & would like to get their side!

    Thank you!

Probably smarter to buy in lakewood & rent out.
Your hoe will have more value & eventually if do not need the income, you can keep it – or live off the extra money.
Your mortgage will be the same with the rent & you will own another 200K value.

Obviously with is only factoring finances. Any other factor – crowd tyoe etc is not my call 🙂
    Good luck!

Once there is a burn, all you do is protect it & treat the Pain. This really is nothing else to do.

Give over-the-counter pain reliever such as advil, Motrin, Tylenol, or Aleve

    Refua shlaima!
