good tip is to start with small fixes, like pick one and then build up. examples like drinking a lot of water, eating a good breakfast, not taking doubles by dinner, avoiding soda and candy, switching from white flour to whole wheat (this just makes you full for longer), not eating after seven pm etc. if you start with one of these healthy changes and then build up it’s easier

best tip i’ve gotten was to fry the onions in a pan before, like not in the bottom of the cholent pot. other than that i find the basic spices can make the best cholent-salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder

Hi malky I find grilled chicken to be the easiest and also healthy. I actually just put it in my oven on broil for seven min on each side and it comes out fresh and yum. And any marinade is good but I’ll post my favorite go to
